Whine from transmission

Playing around at work tonight. Brake boosted, got the tires spinning, let off the brake and kept going. Shifted first, second, third for sure. Maybe 4th. Had a hard bang. Immediately let off and coasted a little. Gave it some throttle and it just revved up. Put it in neutral and shut it off. Restarted to let the others hear the noise then shut it off. Have a twisted diesel stage 3 with the precision converter. Elite billet flex plate. Main power mod is Elite 72mm. Stock fuel. Basic common other mods. H&s hd300 engine file and ******** transmission tune.

Any ideas what I f'ed up before I start tearing into it.

Very likely input shaft.

intermediate shaft. put a gauge in the test port in the side of the transmission and see what it is doing at an idle in park, and when you select a gear.
