White smoke when warms up

Turbo is next, although all of us here feel it's a fuel smell.

Controlling the VGT to 50% eliminates ALL smoke for good.
If it was bad seals in the turbo, wouldn't it smoke all the time regardless of vgt position?

Anyway, the ONLY thing left to try is the turbo, and I am working on getting one coming.
I'll keep y'all posted.

I'll how the oil moves through the vgt part of the turbo but I would think that when the vgt solenoids opens to a certain point that allows oil to get past a seal or something and lets it get into the exhaust housing. I'm just thinking out loud. Like I said I'm not sure if oil even has a way to get into the exhaust housing besides a shaft seal
