Who Has Installed a Sonnax/Tricumulator Shift Kit?

If you have, on a scale of 1-10, 1 being changing your air filter and 10 being rebuilding your transmission blindfolded, how hard was it?

I'm just trying to gauge whether it's ACTUALLY out of the realm of the average DIY'er, or if people are really THAT afraid of their transmissions.

Agreed. I usually sacrifice a towel to the trans gods each time. LOL

I agree on the 3 also. I did it when I changed my Torque Converter. So that part of the job felt so simple a cave man could do it.

That's what I keep saying about it. It's really one of the easiest mods. Easier than installing a chip IMO other than the messiness. It's more straight forward and less likely to mess up if you take your time.

Honesty, I at least try to sell one with every chip. Makes a great difference.
