wiring issue need help

Hey guys I'm having an issue with my truck it's an 05 f250 kingranch,mod list is warren built transmission Marty's fuel system,sxe369 turbo an thumper 2 hpop, I'm having a major wiring malfunction an can't not for the life of me figure it out, the ground wire that runs to the driver side turn signals an the same ground wire that runs to the firewall on the driver side to the right of the degas bottle..I'm getting 7 volts to that ground wire...things I've tried have been a fuse block it didn't help I've traced the wires an can't find anything melted..it's only putting bolts to it with key on power I'm really stumped here an need help thanks anyone for the help

Well guys I got the one truck fixed it was a bad ground wire..now I have another truck it's an 04 6speed manual key on the ficm doesn't cycle an I can't connect to the ecm with my scan tool any ideas guys? lol
