WTB 1999-2003 Super Duty 7.3L PSD 4x4 with manual trans

I am looking for a clean, low mile, with as few modifications as possible F-250 or F-350 supercab long bed, 4WD with a manual transmission.

Would much rather the later years, but might be willing to accept the right earlier truck.

I live in Washington, but might be willing to travel out of state for the right truck, at the right price, from the right seller.

My brother is selling his 99 cclb dually 6spd. South bend dual disc, leveling kit, 305/70/16 atz, traction bars, and I believe a locker in rear. Xlt truck that he put leather buckets in. 160k miles. Morgan from midwest diesel was the previous owner.

I think I am looking for something a little less modified, but a couple questions:

How many miles?
Any accidents?
Any issues?
Dents, rust, scratches, etc.?
Do you have complete service records?
