didnt know it needed a new engine,so your telling me if i brought a 6,0 for 28,000 and dumped 12k in it it wouldnt be a good truck,

It would be a good truck. Just not as nice as a 6.4L. The interiors are much nicer in the 6.4's, not to mention the body and suspension is upgraded. And with only $12k invested in a 6.0L, you're looking at making the same power levels as a tuned 6.4L.

Besides, I sure wouldn't want to have $50k invested in a 6.0L. Been there, done that. LOL
