WTB later style rocker boxes and injector hold downs

Bought a set of late 05 heads (20mm), but my early 05 (18mm) boxes and holddowns (T40) don't work. Looking for all 8 T45 hold downs and a pair of rocker boxes (ones that use two bolts to attach to head instead of the 8 on earlier models. Who has some laying around?

Anyone else? Think I have a lead on the boxes if the guy will confirm the late style and reply back. Another one won't make me a price on the stuff, and a 3rd thinks his boxes are made of gold or something. What would a set of used boxes and holddowns be worth honestly? I know what they cost new...
