WTF is causing this leak

So I noticed some leaking oil (or what I thought) the other day. I finally got to taking off the turbo and trying to investigate. This is what I found and need some help. I found some oil and coolant, and I know thats never a good sign as far as heads go but wanted to get your guys thoughts. I'm also wondering what that relief (or what at least appears to be) on third picture is doing. Is it squirting **** out?

Behind the up pipes, there is a ton of oil and what appears to be coolant.

When you put this together did you put a new steel gasket from Ford or reuse the original gasket?

It was a new one but I'm questioning if I got it seated correctly or something..I'm hoping thats the issue

It all looks good. Get rid of that piece of aluminum so it doesn't get under the plate and install a new gasket. Clean it up real good and you'll be fine.

The grove is in there so if the gasket fails it shows to the outside not internally. Good idea
