XLT wiring harness swap

In my 95 F350 7.3 I pulled the dash to swap from an XL to XLT out of a 96 and just started it and now the only thing on the instrument cluster that works is the tach. My throttle doesn't work, My OBD2 has power but won't connect to my CTS I have been checking connections fuses etc and have no idea at this point. Any ideas? Is the harness different? PCM?

Found now that any time a fuse touches the wipers it grounds out. Looks like I'll be pulling the dash again

Pulled the harness back out can't find anything wrong. Old harness is back in everything works but wipers and the power door stuff. Don't even want to look at the thing currently lol

There are wiring differences between the years. You'll need the complete cab harness and the instrument cluster from the 96.

I'm sorry I didn't see you replied sooner.. I have the 96 cluster too I'm definitely going to give that a shot.
