Does anyone have a schematic for the transmission?

Now, in the main part of the case towards the front on top about 3" away from the tower there are those 3 spring jobbers that hit the notch in the rails. Is the a way to get the rails back in there with out removing them? I'm guessing you have to get those freeze plug looking things out? Would a local tranny shop have those?
