ZF6 to Automatic questions

What is the best way to go about this swap? Find a complete donor and spend some time with it, or go 4R100 with a stand alone? The truck is a daily driver, with some occasional towing. Assuming I can get an automatic in this thing easy enough, I would like to make 550-575 to the tire.

How many miles on your ZF? You may be able to find someone to swap with you. If you were closer i'd be willing to make a trade. I have a ZF in my 6.4 and want one behind my 6.0 too.

15k since a rebuild, shifts perfect, no grinds, no problems. Between driving in bumper to bumper traffic, and the route I plan on going with the truck, an automatic would better fit my needs. The only reason I bought the truck with a 6 speed is because I got a killer deal on it...
