Painted Billet grille... and yes masking off each billet strip one by one was a pain. But the results are great I think.

I must say, that looks really good!! I've been considering doing this for a while in white. Just haven't picked one up yet to try it. hmmmm....

Yours. Where did you find that mesh?

its just a "pet screen" that you can get at a hardware store... it's screen for doors but it's a little thicker (to hold up better to a dog or cat that scratches at it, thus, "pet screen") and more flexible than your normal door screen. very durable. pretty good stuff IMO.

lol i've never been to a machine shop. all i know is I got it at the hardware store and had used the same thing before on the screen door cuz it's sturdy when the dog decides to swipe at it to tell me she wants in hahaha. but it help up really good so I gave it a shot and hasn't given me any problem. radiator stays pretty clean too
