I still havent found any youtube.vids of a headered 7.3!

The video of my truck that I posted in your exhaust thread is headers, and 5" exhaust.

How about longevity?

It seems that some have had good luck, while other have had nothing but issues with them warping/ cracking.

Any input?

The set I have was originally purchased March 2009, they are ceramic coated from DI. They've been on the same motor with 3 different setups with approximately 55k on them. The first setup, I could get it pretty hot, and the truck was part of some testing and it was ripped on pretty hard. Since, the heads have been cleaned up, and Gearhead cam installed, it barely will hit 1600 degrees. The truck is basically my DD, tows a 20 foot enclosed trailer 2 or 3 times a week, a dump trailer once or twice a week for the past 30k miles. This set has been great, no issues during the time I've owned them.

Couldnt you have done that just by changing tunes with the old setup?

How does it sit now?

Ty- I made out pretty good selling my long block to a neighbor in trade for a stock-ass engine, sold my BTS to OSCS and got a built trans in return.. (di performance?? whoever that is ;) ) worked out well at the time but i cant stand how slow the truck is. Im now running a forged mill s362/65 .83 on a wastegated mount with a set of 175/stock swamps injectors.

I made a tow rig however i got plenty of other trucks to tow with if i need to. But i was working it today god this setup does tow amazing i'll give it that...

Off topic but around how much do those trailers run? I been trying to find me a used one.

Thought that was your truck running down 140 with an enclosed trailer not long ago.
