Time for tires, maybe wheels

Its about time for another set of tires and I think I know which direction I want to go but I'm not totally sure yet.

I have a couple choices, first I was thinking about staying with the same tire size. Possibly switching to a different brand/style of tire, but sticking with the 285/75/16.

My second choice is a set of 10 lug 19.5's with 265/70/19.5's wrapped around them. These would be an aggressive drive tire and the size comes out to about 10" wide and 34.5 tall. This is an option because I can get the rims for next to nothing and 6 new virgin tires can be had for around $2k. Plus the cost of adapters.

Third, I'm not sure I want to go this route but a set of 35's. These tires are a touch to wide for the stock rims and I don't think I want to chance it with as often as I tow. But I have seen some dually's that look awfully good with these size tires.

I will be keeping the bill around $2-2500.

This is what I have now, 285/75r16's.

This is the look I'm going for with the 19.5's. Personally I'm leaning towards this look, I really like it and the tires will last forever.

Just looking for some opinion's or someone to point something out that I'm overlooking.

I've seen that truck, it looks gorgeous! Love the way that is put together, I just don't want to go up to a 22.5. Mostly because of how damn heavy they are!

I saw that truck in person the newer trucks have more room for the 22.5's that truck is stupid clean. But the 19.5's would looks great!

22.5's are just to heavy. I will probably go the 19.5 route. I'm really hoping I don't have problems in the snow and off the pavement when I switch.

I never liked the look of the stock rims on my dually so I would go with what the Dodge has on it for that reason..

Getting my 10 lug 19.5's back from the polish guy this weekend. As soon as the weather clears up a bit the new tires and wheel's will be going on the truck.

22.5's look good on some trucks, yours looks good.

But in my opinion those wheel's are sort of like rock stars, one to many people have them.

I like the 285's on your truck, but it appears you already got the 19.5's so that's the route you're likely going. Should look great!

I was going to suggest 295-75's if you hadn't gone the wheel route yet. I believe they're a little taller than what you have now, but not as wide as the 35's so the concern about the stock wheel likely wouldn't be an issue.

Looking forward to seeing the wheels and tires on though.
