I know of one friend that no longer has a CDl because he blew .05 I'm his personal vehicle. Do you ever look up rules or regs? Mo, kn TN, ga are state off top my head that cuts it in half for having a CDl. Mo says it in the CDl test Manual- 7.3 Cowboy

That's false your bac is half if you have a CDl even if you get caught on a horse. Ask my buddy blew a .05 in his personal vehicle he no longer has a CDl.- 7.3 Cowboy
