    Reset the tcm and have been driving it. Seems To be shifting better the more I drive? Fluid smells normal not dark or burnt either

    I believe I performed it correctly. I’m leaning towards valve body being bad.

    Well I did the reset and if anything it seems to have made it worse. Driving through town it shifted hard into second then slipped and rpms revved up before shifting into 4th. Any way to confirm it’s the valve body. Would hate to spend the $900 for it to be something else.

    I have a 2011 f350 bone stock. Having issues with tranny it skips/hesitates going from 3rd to 4th gear. Does it hot and cold. Put two new batteries in it which seemed to have helped a bit but I’m still noticing it. Aside from the basics of checking the fluid level and condition any other ideas...

    Thank you for the in depth response. I ran the truck today to pull the torque converter to send out to precision for a rebuild and it ran good doesnt seem like im losing any boost. I will double check the map sensor and see if thats good when i get a chance! thanks!

    The first one was at idle second was key on engine off. Are my baro and map too far apart?? Bad map sensor?

    The fluid and pan looked fine I also changed the filter thinking that it came unseated thinking that may be my issue but it did not fix it.

    Code P0113 IAT sensor?

    I removed the maf sensor to clean it with the truck off. However, with the new maf sensor code is gone.
