Why do alliant powers fail much more than "motor craft" I love the alliant power 7.3 injectors I've had nothing but bad luck with 6.0 injectors and 6.4 to the point I swapped them out for ford ones

I have a customer with a bone stock 05 250 ext cab. Low miles it's got 110k I did studs at 66k ( all ford parts ) coolers etc I did another set of coolers at 88k with a coolant filter ( it's been 2 years ) with a new radiator and coolant flush and now at 110k the wrench light comes on @70...

do you recall what one you got? Did you have to use a different tie rod end or did you use the factory ford tie rod? I pulled the knuckle off tonight I'm debating on sending it to my machine shop to weld it then re taper it vs doing a insert

I went to replace my tie rod yesterday and noticed the tapered tie rod hole in the knuckle was egged out thus the new tie rod wouldn't work lol so with that being said is there any fix to this? I checked eBay local junk yards etc... nothing ... I can find dana 50 all day but not dana 60's

No one has really dynoed the 64-66 with the 73mm turbine wheel. I have a 73mm it's not bad on spool. Should my buddy look into a 68 or a 73mm wheel? And who has the best price?

I'm asking for a friend . I have a 64.5 on my cummins and I love it but I know you can run larger singles on psd's how much of a powerless. Will he be missing out on if He chose a 64.5 over a 66? He's looking at a .88 or .91 housing. He's in a grid lock because he doesn't. Want to regret buying...
