Im curious about this as well? I currently run ********s tuning paired with a FICM tune (IDP), and no issues. Although I dont know any different as thats all I have ran ********s files with.
What size turbine and exhaust housing are you running on the turbo? Both of those things are going to help with determining how the turbo will spool. A 364.5 is already a little too big for stock fuel IMHO, especially if it’s not a 15+.

Atlas 40 would be good. That and a good ECM tune will net you some better mileage and overall performance.
I wouldnt worry about towing 12k with Atlas 40 paired with a good tow tune from a reputable tuner.
