I can't say that I'd want to make and sell them. I made aluminum inserts for the pass thru connections and cut a groove in them for a oring. I don't know how long it'll last. But chances are I can address any issues it may have. I can say that it is way quieter. Can no longer hear it going down...
That's right. I've had two diff vendors tell me that no longer put this pump at the top of the recommendation list because of this.

The pump is as close to the tank as it can get without being on the tank. I have a sump with a 5/8 supply. Also running the aeromotove pre filter. Tank hasn't been run below 1/4 tank. Hardly a DD, this 2000 miles took 5 months. I didn't post this to debate whether I should have contacted...
I didn't want new junk parts. I wanted to put it together and forget about it. The plastic bushing failed which led to the flat spots inside the pump gear getting chewed up. Never saw a plastic bushing out last a brass one. Especially running in fuel/coolant.

So after 2000 miles on my A1000 is gave up. I pulled it apart to find some pretty disappointing parts. The impeller is plastic and so is the bushing for the motor shaft on that end. Thought I'd share my repair.

I didnt think is was bad. But I'm a diesel tech for a living, maybe I'm a lil used to it. It was hard on my stomach. But overall not bad. I wouldn't think about doing it any other way. Way less work than removing the engine.

Called MSD/Mallory today. They do not list it to be used with diesel but since it's new n free, I'm going to try it. 110gph free flow and 77gph at 65psi is what they told me it would flow. Hopefully the seals will like diesel.

Driver side is done. Injectors, valve springs, valve seals, glow plugs harness, gasket, ARP studs. Working on the other side now.

Guess i left out that im going to larger injectors now. I feel that the s366 was a waste of time. There aren't many options for exh hausibgs above a .91 for a s300. Which is why a waste gate is needed. So the turbo isn't overspeeded. I said with stock injectors I liked it. I'm going to...
All I can find is the .91 which is what I have. I've heard there are others available, but didn't have any luck finding one. I would imagine it's a lot of $.
