For some reason I actually like how yours fit a little better than mine. I'm not sure which wheels you're running, but the AF 12" wheels have about a 1" bigger lip than my x11's and also stick out just a little more.
Thanks very much. A 22x12 wheel appears to be a perfect fit for a 13.5" wide tire. I find with the 11's I still have to much "bubble" in the tire.
It must have been f150forumsonline. i use to stay on there a lot. Some times I regret selling the 150. There is something about the color that I...
I'm running an ICON 7" Stage I with Bilstien shocks. It rides great with just the stage I. I looked into upgrading shocks and to a 4-link, but Beings the truck doesn't see any Offroad use I can't justify spending an extra $1500 other than for looks. Ill probably never notice the difference in...
About 3 weeks ago I finally ordered and installed the H&H with 5" exhaust. I only have the 250 tune downloaded and set on street, but it's still enough power to play with.
I didn't go crazy on the tip.
I purchased my lift and wheels as a package used. I liked the stance of the truck with them, but wanted a wheel with a flat lip. The XD wheels were to "bowl like". I was going to run the Fuel x14's, but at full turn my tires were rubbing on the lower tab of the front fender. I didn't want to go...
I'm pretty sure you still want an angled block. I ordered mine from Trevor at PMF and he told me to go with an angles rear block. If you don't and lift your rear 6", but only drop your hanger bearing 4" you will still have your UV joint at a pretty bad angle. I have a 2 degree block.
I've never rode in the new Camaro, but my girl friend has a GT 5.0. I'm pretty sure it's a little faster due to lighter weight. Needless to say is I can only imagine what it feels like to be in some of you guys trucks whom are running faster than the new 5.0s and Camaros.
I just sold my wheels to a friend of mine whom needed new tires on his 04. Which 2" spacers do ya'll recommend installing to push the wheels out? He doesn't use the truck to tow very heavy loads.
If you're willing to spend the time and money to PTM the grill and bumpers then go that route. I don't have the time to do that at this time so will probably either paint the grill I have or get a chrome package grill and paint the outer shell. I'm not looking to spend what they want for a...
