Andrew...I replaced three of them: Right of fuel pedal, behind radio, and at bottom of power center (on top of transmission hump). Dashboard came apart for the first two. Was able to get the third without dash removal.

I just did mine. I found it easier to take almost all of the dash apart and pull out the horizontal vent tubes. This gave me really good access to the left and right blend doors. Thanks for posting the pics...very helpful.
