I have TW tunes now and love them but his customer service is garbage. I've sent multiple emails and called and left messages. He won't return anything. I guess ill take my business somewhere...
I used an etching primer when I painted my block. My dad also used it on his cars engine blocks. Seems to work great.

I had a helluva time getting my dp to finally clear the cab. Even after new body mount bushings it would touch around corners or under hard acceleration when the frame would flex. Drove me crazy. I finally ended up denting the dp a little and haven't had an issue since.
I wouldnt expect to see much for egt drops when empty. Hook a trailer to it and that will show you the difference.
Also its never a bad idea to check for boost leaks. Anytime I pull my intake plumbing apart I check to make sure its all sealed up. Its amazing how often ill find a little leak...
I see. Should be a good fit. I only asked because I thought maybe a 363 would be better for 160/0s. I hope to upgrade to an sxe turbo spmeday. I have been debating between the 363 and 364.5.
What turbine and exhaust housing are you gonna run?
I would bet you will feel more power. You will be able to use all the fuel those 160s will deliver and not worry about egts or smoke. It should also have better daily driver characteristics. I still recommend checking for boost leaks after everything is installed. Sometimes the connections need...
