Has anyone heard or used these filters from
Doc’ diesel?

Also what would be a common fuel leak on an aged truck with 300k miles to look for?

Your link just went to their homepage. But scrolling thru it, it appears to be factory style replacement, so much better than running the Napa pos a lot of people run.

As for your fuel leak, most common spot is the fuel pressure regulator, but a little more info would be better. Whereabouts is the leak? Front of the motor, by the fuel tank, under the cab somewhere, etc?

I have always used OEM filters or ordered from filter online. The Doc site seems new and filters less $$
