Why are you worried about the cp4? Did they change it from the prior years? If not, Just make sure to treat every fillup with fuel that you do summer or winter.- lincolnlocker

LPFP didn't change till 17s with the panel filter. did you try a low pressure fuel pump? Have you monitored both fuel pressures when driving around to see how far they drop when on the throttle hard?- lincolnlocker
