Fuel will be your limit. i don't think you will see much of a difference in the top end until you throw more fuel at it but it should have more stock like characteristics with the smaller turbine. I'm sure Morgan or Jared will pop by and elaborate.

There should be a v-band on the centre section that you can loosen to clock the outlet. All you'd need to take off is the intake plumbing to get access to it.... I think. Just need more photos.

Is your hot side pipe backwards? It looks like if you click the housing to 3 o'clock and flip the pipe it might aline correctly.

I'd change out the touched valves. You will be kicking yourself in the azz if one had a hairline crack and ended up dropping on the piston. You're this deep. Valves are easy.
