And that's my point. In 08 people were told not to expect much with the 6.4 because of the encryption. But once that was cracked the flood gates opened. Then we got mcc. Code smiths have had 5 years to play with the 1st gen 6.7. And only 1 with the second. If the market is there we will get it...- forcefed6.4ford

They also said the 6.4 was a dead platform to tune on because of the complexity of the code and the fact that it was only going to be a 4yr run. Look at it now. Personally I'd rather spend money on a built trans then a turbo and fuel system all for the sake of one year. Just my opinion though.- forcefed6.4ford

Don't like Egt's after build
A slipping clutch pack in the trans will cause a dead pedal as well. This has happened to me in the past. Always thought it was a fuel issue, but rather its a de-fuel due to slippage. Once the TC is locked (40-50mph depending on how your tune is set up)you can get all the fuel since the turbos...- forcefed6.4ford

has anyone retrofit the fogs on these trucks
Fogs are a defused beam pattern. I did an hid swap once and pulled them after a week because they blinded me in dust/snow and fog. Went with rigid driving lights instead. Better coverage then stick low beams.- forcefed6.4ford
