Dana 60 front axle u-joints?
I’m rebuilding a d60 out of a Superduty and I found this. It’s pretty cheap actually and simple to use. Just need long extensions to use it on the passenger side. It’s for the bearing/seal in the chunk, then you have a dust seal on the outer tube, then I think a vacuum seal inside the knuckle...- ncollins64

Can I swap two injectors?
Piggy backing on what he said, I always remove the glow plugs and crank it over after the injectors are swapped to get the oil out of the cylinder. Reinstall the glow plugs and hook everything back up.- ncollins64

Ok just to clear it all up, you lost overdrive, had the trans rebuilt and ever since the rebuild it shifts and runs perfect up to overdrive and then doesn’t shift into od?- ncollins64

I should have corrected myself. You are right in the sense of canned tunes, but you won’t get custom tunes for the mini. But knowing h and s and the crap the epa started how are the minis even being sold? I thought they were knock offs? Cowboy when you’re ready let me know and I’ll hook you up...- ncollins64

I always like tw tunes, the trufk appears to run and start well for the temp too. Off subject but has anyone used cen pe co oil? I use this in my pro stock BBF pull truck and all the ntpa pullers run it. I’ve since swapped all my trucks over to it including my 6.7, 6.4 and my fummins truck...- ncollins64

Where are you located? A full billet Warren diesel trans for a 6r140 is about 8500 bucks. I know his head trans guy worked for ford for years, so take that for what it’s worth. The 6rs can be tricky so make sure your local guy is confident in it. I just mention this because I’ve seen his trannys...- ncollins64

Here’s my .02. Build the trans as tough as possible and with all the billet stuff, just over build it and never worry about it. Then get good tuning to make it all work good together- ncollins64
