You're talking close to $30k to swap a fleet of 3 trucks from gas to diesel. If ford gave you the ability to turn the power down to 350/700 on rclb trucks I would consider swapping a fleet of short haul (in town) trucks to diesel.
Thanks. Once my Trail Ready rear bumper shows up I think I'm going to call it good and leave it alone except maybe a lp turbo swap since I might have someone local interested in my 8285 so I might pick up a gen 2 8685.
I had some clearance issues at full lock when turning so I had Trevor build me a set of 2” blocks with a 2.5° taper to correct the pinion angle. After adding the 2” blocks I was able to raise the front an inch so good thing I have OUO adjustable coil levelers.

You have to ask for them to tune the trans to downshift earlier. Try turning a corner at 10mph while still in 4th with big compounds. It sucked. I just asked them to split the difference between tow/haul and stock.
