A Plea for help..
turn the ignition on and try to crank the truck using the brown wire at the passenger side battery harness. If it is a PATS issue, it might reset it.- sootie

6.4 Blend Door issue
oh its a pain....the one you need to replace is the easiest lol -

As already said, there are three actuators on that truck. THe one you need to replace is above the trans tunnel. FOrd instructions say to remove the dash but i did it with it in. Just have to flex some stuff and be prepares for some plastic cuts. three hours total the first time I did it, -

What are your thoughts on some forum category changes?
I've never heard anyone refer to super duties by "generation" so why sort it that way? It's always by engine or year model. I know F150s and Mustangs get referred to by generation but just never heard it in the powerstroke world...- sootie
