No start 03 7.3

I've run without a fuel bowl heater and cold started in well below zero without one. You don't need glow plugs till it starts getting below 30*, and you don't need a fuel bowl heater at all. I don't even plug my truck in till it gets around 0*.

I was thinking injector o-rings since it ran fine till he parked it, then when it got colder it won't start. I'm with Charles, use some ether on it. Disconnect GPR, or just let it cycle and wait for it to shut off and the plugs to cool down, and give it a good shot right in the intake. Bet it...

Glad you found it. I guess that's one of the benefits of not having an EBPV and a dummy connector in the plug for it, it eliminates one dumb mistake from the rest of them for me.

Yep, many many times over 10,000ft+ passes with the same or similar loads. Prior to the 7.3 PS you never saw this, and after the 7.3 was replaced you stopped seeing it. I know several larger companies that wouldn't use their 6.0's for heavy towing but used their older 7.3's instead, and on dads...

High power 7.3 compounds

I've asked about doing a mild body lift for clearance a couple times. I was thinking even just an inch would make a big difference on a SD, and maybe max of 2". It's currently on my list of truck prep for compounds.

Unlimited 400/200's will flow 255cc's @ 2.5ms/3000psi. A conservative 2.5HP per cc gives well over 600HP. That is completely doable if you have the air. At 3ms they will flow over 300cc. A good 250/200 should break 500 easily.

I've had several different ideas. Including the dmax turbo and a 6.0 turbo. But the most practical for several reasons seems to be a compound setup, and I decided that with the possibility that the 4202 would be too small even up here, that I'd go with something more in the known range after...

Diesel site HPO res spacer...

While it's nice to see other options, I don't think calling the Dieselsite part crappy is really fair. And no one I know, besides you, who has experienced the port issue has had such a big problem with making it work.
