    If you simply want to get out of OD when towing... then get a custom tune that makes the tow/haul button lock out OD just like the 7.3 trucks did. Then you will have 100% control over your OD engagement. Only thing is you will have to turn the tow/haul button OFF every time you want it to go...

    They all have been running what is commanded... except for the one tune where the guy did not know exactly what PW would be. He was using a weird way to adjust PW by using a multiplier.

    I ran 205/30 and s364.5 and it was fun. I still prefer the quick spool of a vgt... but it was no where near as bad as you are describing. I am gonna guess there is some sort of issue with your setup. Boost leak, exhaust leak, tuning issue etc... The other thing is the 190/100s are notorious...

    I am having the tuner bump it up... looking at the data log, it will get up to about 58-59 but slowly climbs up. We will see if we can squeeze any more out of it. 205/30 hybrids are already here... but we have a lot more turbos to test on the 180/30s before we swap.

    oil temps are usually around 180-190... we let it cool down in between runs to try and keep data consistent On the big 4.2ms tune ipr jumps to 42 really quick and then slowly climbs up to about 52. ICP spikes to 2500psi right when we floor it, then quickly drops down to 2200psi, then slowly...

    The vband up pipes at the manifold can be done... but then you are talking custom exhaust manifolds. The stock connections are just fine with a good setup of up pipes that actually fit. Sadly... I hear about issues like yours all the time. Don't fit, dont line up right, up pipes too...
