    CK4 spec oils.

Interesting stuff. It is crazy to watch the ever evolving world of motor oil. Lets just hope oil that works well for HEUI stays around. These engines are a little more oil picky than others.

    A better 7.3 cam sensor!

I have heard of some having luck with these sensors and others who have issues right out of the box. That is the problem with most non-OEM components. The consistency is just not there. I you do decide to run one of these, just make sure you have a spare Ford/International CPS in the glove box.

    New Ipr mabe it worse.

Yes... It will have a longer crank until all the air gets worked out. It will normally get a little bit faster every time you start the truck. Usually within 50-100 miles it is back to normal.

    New Ipr mabe it worse.

No problem. If it runs that bad, I would try to go swap out the IPR for another new one. Should come with some kind of warranty.

    New Ipr mabe it worse.

I have had a brand new IPR go bad within a couple hundred miles. I have also seen them be bad right out of the box. However, this may not be the issue with yours. Air is a funny thing in the HPO system of these engines. Sometimes you will swap injectors and it will start right up and run right...

    Identify this injector

Yes, this is the problem with buying used injectors. You really just have to take the sellers word for what they are. This can be problematic. 90%+ of injector builders do not mark them. You would be surprised how many people call us looking for tuning and when asked what injectors they have...

    66mm or s366

I would say the 2" piping is going to cut down significantly on the performance gain you can see with the SXE turbo. The turbo flows a lot more air than a stock or D66 turbo. I think it would be well worth your time and effort to just pick up a SD intercooler and 3" plenums so the setup performs...

    66mm or s366

If the 66mm you have now is like all the D66 style turbos on the market, there is a huge difference between it and the SXE line of turbos. The SXE will work much much better, in pretty much every scenario. Spools a heck of a lot faster and moves more air. The biggest issue with the D66 is lag...

    Edge monitor causing crank/no start?

Normally having something connected to the OBDII port would not be a reason for no-start. However, I cannot speak for the Edge products and the issues they may have. I personally have never heard of that though. I have heard of trucks shutting down when trying to read codes (normally on OBS)...

    No pressure at heads

:whs: It may take a good amount of cranking before ICP will build in the head. When swapping out injectors, you are pretty much draining all the oil out of the rail. It takes a while to get them filled back up and enough air worked out to build pressure. Basically, if you haven't had to...

stage1160cc injectors say ad on solenoids ?

Mostly that you gain bout 40hp (with proper tuning) and the injectors are a lot less oil hungry. Some see a fuel mileage improvement with single shots as well, but that is not guaranteed.

    Programmer question

Neither of those will give you decent tunes. The canned tuning on both of them leaves a lot to be sought after. However, if you decide to go with the BD programmer we can write custom tunes for it...
