I highly doubt it’s from the bitties from the drill and tap egt probe installation. Inconel is very hard and I only see that when the shaft has play on the cool side and slowing eroding the hotside and ban bang - it gets chewed up. 38r turbine failure
I have not and I’ve been lucky (400k original turbo) but many of our members have snapped their turbine shaft after a rebuild. It’s weak by geometry and diameter. 4r100 won't put power to the ground

Hmmm can’t be solenoids unless you have multiple failures... You don’t have wiring issues so can’t be that. Sounds like pressure issues to me - either in higher rpm you’re not producing enough hydraulic pressure to sustain mechanical coupling? Vb springs, valves, pistons stuck or broken can do... -
