    I honestly forget, I believe it was Kevin AKA Rescue 250 if I am not mistaken. that 25% larger nozzle helps, and it all depends on dyno, temp, humidity, and other supporting mods

    pics of drain would be helpful. "Borg Spec" on journal bearing turbos is 3/4" ID drain opening from the flange to its ending point. Not saying it must be 3/4" or it wont work, but you cant over size a drain. AN fittings are not very good for drain lines if you are using any of those...

    64.5 is faster than the 66, with the .91 housing. Flows 1 lb per min less than cast 66 so you might notice a tad of loss up top if you were running a good billet 66. But the spool will be worth the slight drop.

    Switching to a 64.5 or a 63mm you are going to a smaller 68mm turbine wheel from a 73mm you have now. What I would suggest is you try either turbo with a .91 turbine housing, check backpreasure, and go larger in housing size if it's getting out of hand. 68 tw Spools much faster than the 73mm

    Just has a small compressor housing really. Going to a rcd 68 is going backwards. Smaller turbine wheel, no thrust upgrade??? Why would you change it up?

    My stage 2.5 or stage 3 would work nicely with those injectors. Plenty of guys with 175/75 - 225/100's running my stage 3.

    Billet S366/73/.91 with 360 thrust $850 shipped

    Turbo is a used S366/73/.91 T4 with 360 thrust upgrade and billet 7 blade compressor wheel. Recently rebuilt with 360 thrust and billet wheel. Approximately 200 miles on the turbo since rebuild. Has S400 style v band tig welded to compressor discharge. Turbine housing is new. $850 shipped.
