    S475 idea's

Ive never heard of a .89 housing... ever. As for what you want / need all depends on injector and what you do with the truck. "Most" 6.0L guys do a Billet 75/74/.90 or 75/81/.90 with 360 thrust upgrade. But that all varies with setup.

    366 failures?

All parts in stock if needed. Also depending on how much end play, it may not be fixable as it sits. Any idea how much end play?

    366 failures?

.003" end play is factory tolerance. Anything over that is a thrust on its way out. I build 95% of my S3 and S4 turbo with a 360 thrust. Ive seen customers destroy thrusts in 50 miles or less. Just happens if its not sized properly or how its driven.

Help with internals for a 800 HP build

5.5" inlet on the "race covers" suck to adapt your atmospheric charge pipe to, and you always want a v band discharge on the HP charger so your not blowing boots off all day long. Not saying it cant be done with the 066 race cover, but the 063 standard v band cover would be much easier and...

Help with internals for a 800 HP build

Fill the block up to about an inch or two of deck height, rods R and R has some nice ones but all are decent, s467fmw/87x81 turbine swap, and 1.00 housing or gate the hell out of the 83x74 turbine with a 1.10 housing. Wil make a good high pressure choice, I would do with a standard v band...

Who has a MTW Hybrid and likes it?

As for my comment, I hate seeing people rant about mtw after all the bull**** he pulled on the org. Ranting on about how great his stuff is under a fake account? That's pretty low if you need to make a fake account and start bragging up your product

Who has a MTW Hybrid and likes it?

What mods does this unhappy stage 3 customer have? Did he purchase direct? Turbo the proper size for mods and hp goals?

Who has a MTW Hybrid and likes it?

If I have an un happy customer, why would he not contact me to try and resolve it? I have had some customers not happy with a few stage 1.5 turbos, called me up, swapped to the big 13 blade, put a smile on their face. As for who, his name is Jeremy Self. Friend is Drinnon Womble...

Who has a MTW Hybrid and likes it?

So 698.9hp Fuel only with 190/100s and my stage 3 doesn't back my **** up? I have had a 0% failure rate with 6.0L turbos. Find an unhappy customer of mine and post it up. So keep swinging on the MTW band wagon. He has more pissed off customers than happy from what I have seen

Looking for info on VGT vs. non-VGT.

Just curious, if the turbine is kept to a 77.3 inducer, you are moving the vane dowels in the turbine housing and using a different unison ring and vanes? That is the only way it can work without making contact.

Looking for info on VGT vs. non-VGT.

When you state the largest turbine, its "technically" the largest Inducer. Same exducer if I am not mistaken. Overall flow is determined by exducer size of a turbine. The turbine wheel used in my stage 2.5 and UP starts as a 77x70.5mm and is machined to 72.5x70.5mm Turbine gets thicker as...

    6.0 with s467.7

I thought you were referring to the 72mm FMW turbo as not being an S400 turbo after Josh asked if it was an S400 frame, and calling it a K29, which now I understand what you meant was you have a 71mm FMW k29
  18. NRHX2009

    6.0 with s467.7

No, its not the k29. There is an S472FMW turbo with the 87x81 turbine. Cost about 2600
