    Guys, I am finally getting some progress made on swapping an 07 suspension into my 97. I have a few questions regarding braking. For the rabs valve, did anyone do anything to/ with it?     I swapped over to a single plastic 38 gallon super duty tank on my cclb. It went in place of the front tank.

    Am I not mistaken that the obs filter housings couldn't handle the pressure a super duty housing could handle, and ended up cracking from the pressure of e fuel?

    You can always grab a whole super duty fuel system out of a junkyard or part out. I did e fuel on my 97 this way, and added one of those riff raff frx's. Stuff can be had for a fraction of what those ridiculous e fuel kits cost.

    It is pretty ridiculous no one wants to mess with the chips anymore. I get it to an extent, being able to email tunes and use a Hydra, IF you have one. God knows how many people are still running a T/S chip that may need a re burn one day. And that's wild about GH. They were such a good tuner...

    I couldn't imagine trying to get them out with anything but a torch. Even after cutting the outer heads off, I originally tried to just hammer them out, and that was a no go. I mean I probably could have but it would take an eternity lol. Torch is by far the easiest way.

    Oil pan silicone advice.... ?

    Don't put the silicone on and immediately torque the bolts down. Apply it, let it sit for 15-20 minutes and let it tack up, then set the pan on, and hand tighten all the bolts. I let mine cure that way for a few hours, and then tightened the bolts down.

    Gotcha. I have the obs axles and leafs out from mine, got the old rivets torched out, and the rear leaf spring rear shackles out. I tried installing the sd leafs on the obs shackles. The front shackles are fine, but the rears won't accept the larger eyes of the sd leafs. I think what I'mgoing to...
