    I wanted to say the injectors are worn, but the no start for 10 hours leads me away from that, and I'd absolutely agree it's either a wiring short or a sensor acting goofy.

    Imo if you remove the 1/8th inch allen plugs under the valve covers, let the oil rail drain like you're supposed to, and then remove the injectors, you don't get that much oil/ fuel in the cylinders.     I'd definitely suspect the icp sensor first. Secondly, they probably didn't wash the engine before tear down, so who knows how much dirt and other crap ended up in the engine. Maybe the ipr too.

    I had a crazy ass issue that I chased forever. Truck would buck real bad, kind of felt like a miss, sometimes at idle and while driving Ended up being the female pins in the cps pigtail had spread out due to the wire harness clip not being present.

    Check your c.a.c. boots for tears. Iirc, I had a guy with these codes and it ended up being a pretty good boost leak on the lower c.a.c. hose on the intercooler. You could hear it at idle.

    Blowby. Maybe oil sample to see what fuel dilution looks like, as well as anything else that may pop up. Is it stock?
