Well I finally started picking away at this. I had the injectors tested and they were fine. Went to reassemble and found the #3 take rocker and push tube wouldn't go together correctly. Found the lifter had come out of the holder, holder was broken. So I pulled the lifter out and found it had...- White_monster

Transmission help
If it's doing the same thing with two different transmissions and different tunes I'd start looking at other components. Axle wrap maybe, usually only notice it on take off though.- White_monster

BD diesel uppipe bellow blew
Sounds like the bellow was under strain and that caused the blow out. Any set of up pipes designed for 6.0 manifolds on a 6.4 will work.- White_monster

With a vgt turbo and wanting quick spool you end up with high bp. Your boost should be in the 45-50 range as well. But safe is nice so things don't break. As for experience with 76/59. I have lots. Skip the wastegate and get good tunes. The gate is not needed. Don't bother with the BOV, they are a pain in the ass and cause leaks down the road. The industrial turbos are great and reliable. Draw tube. 5/8" is fine. What lift pump? Sump exposes your fuel system to all the debris and hopes your filters catch it all.- White_monster
