The threads cut as you put them in. The holes are supposed to be that way. If you read the tech section in the library on this site you will find the torque procedure in the coffee table book.- White_monster

ATI DAMPER ON 6.4 WITH MWD DUAL FUELERS HELP
The ati damper is fine. It'd the fluid damper brand ones that are the problem. As for a different belt the one in the Midwest kit will fit.- White_monster

Progress report on my build
Started it up. Runs a little rough but almost smoothes out with a little rpm. Performed a power balance test once up to temp and injector cut out test. Injectors 3 and 7 are showing erratic readings. Also found the tensioner pulley bolt for the dual fueler to me missing and both exhaust...- White_monster

Boroscope was bought today but it had to be ordered. Maybe pull the injectors tomorrow. Turns out I need to get it running, haha. New Mpd exhaust manifolds are ordered as well.- White_monster

Truck got towed home. Fairly certain I have a injector or 2 stuck wide open. So I'll pull them out and get them freshed up or replaced. Likely going to pull the engine and swap the cam. Might do an exhaust manifold swap as well. Maybe I'll finally get my amp steps on and the bump stops...- White_monster
