    If coolant pukes out of the coolant tank when you load the engine up the head gaskets are done. You can try a new coolant tank cap. Otherwise replace the gaskets.

    If you blowing coolant out of the deals tank you have blown head gaskets. Is the gauge on the dash reading in the red? 230 is hot but not over heating range.

    It's -5 jic to 1/4" pipe. As for the sensor in the up pipe. Make sure there is pipe. The heat will melt the sensor.

    Watch the oil level. The seals are known to fail even new. There has been ppl going through 3-4 pumps before getting a good one. Good news on warranty though.

    Good luck finding a tech that will warranty changing the seal. Way to much liability for engine damage if it failed.

    Your going to need dual high pressure fuel pumps for any injectors bigger than stock. Also the work stock turbos don't need big injectors. I'd look for a set of turbos in the 76/59 size range for the injectors you listed. But adding dual pumps isnt cheap. As far as I know there isn't custom...

    Find a place that sells skf seals or Timken bearings, no auto one isn't going to help you. Typically it'll be an industrial type store. Take the pump to them and they can measure and look up the seal you need based on the size. I'd ask for viton material or something that is designed for fuel...
