    I agree, will be interesting to see how it is a year from now. From all the Chatter on FB and other sites, seems like these are sold out everywhere and only a couple sites are allowing pre orders. Hope it is as good as they claim. Nice to have more than one option.

    Could it be the torque convertor unlocking? If the rpms are jumping under a load, the engine doesn't have enough power to increase rpms that fast going down the road. So maybe the transmission is hitting a neutral position or torque convertor unlocking? I suppose you could tap the brake...

    I have what I consider a long crank and I came to the same conclusion that I need to do a return flow test. But everyone told me I was crazy and you can't do it on the 6.7. That ford has no spec for return flow. Was thinking about just like you are talking, but haven't gotten to it yet.
