IS the tranny in your truck the same as an 08? If so, the 4rth gear thing can be fixed with a 3/5 direct clutch solenoid. I had the same issue and was talking to my Mechanic Josh Clark out of Georgia and he recommended that I put a gogo diesel 3/5 DCS and a suncoast TC and man let me tell...- 4tonGT40

It gets to a point where a little bit of everything will help...i noticed a good drop in EGT's when i put a bigger downpipe on mine, since the stock downpipe is designed to retain heat. All that said, EGT's are a none issue with Mike's tunes at KEM..try that.- 4tonGT40

Rust Inhibitor
Im not sure of the name of the product but Wurth makes it. Its basically what Ive used inside motorcycle tanks to keep from rusting any further..really good stuff and its applied like seam sealer, brush it on and forget it. It creates a cacoon and kills the rust from the inside. I will check...- 4tonGT40

Nor real sure but I think the only reason it blinks faster is because the signal doesn't travel as far bc a bulb is burnt out..not bc its a different relay.- 4tonGT40

ok...hear me out. 1 toogle switch for the coils on 2 fuel pump relays and 1 push button type switch to purge the fuel from the NOS valve once you set the pressure where you want it. Get the fuel supply line almost on top of the spark plug and there shoud be FIRE! hahahahah I love fire.remember...- 4tonGT40

use a fuel pump relay instead.maybe two of them 1 for each coil.how are you getting the coils to fire? And 3/8" line not a bad idea either. But get the fuel lines closer for sure.- 4tonGT40

your supply lines are too far away like you said. Put them an 1" - 1.5" underneath the spark plug and bend the end of the nozzle towards the plug, also widen the gap on the plug to get a long arc.....Please post the pics as soon as it works...That is gonna be bad ass!!- 4tonGT40

To get that kinda cash out of your truck your best bet is to part it out. Im not just guessing at this kind of thing its what i do for a living, along with insurance collision work. Tranny issue
put a mag-hytec pan on that mother....dropped my tranny temp a sh*t load. And flush/replace cooler and you should be golden.- 4tonGT40
