2015-2016 6.7 real world MPG?
13 to 14 around town for me 16-18 on the highway My wife's 2.7 similar drives gets 17.5-19 around town but last few tanks has averaged 18.3 and it gets about 19 consistant at 80 mph -
6.4 Copper injector washer?
Napa sells the o-ring and washer if I remember right without the lines. -

Whats going on with my truck?!
There really isn't a resistance check to do. what you have to do is hook the meter up on MV and spin the wheel, the MV should increase with the wheel speed. -

4.30 gears on truck with 38" tires
our service trucks run 2500 rpm at 75 and they last plenty long, I don't think these things have all the cavitation and water pump issues the 6.4s had -
Upgrade to medium duty or keep F-350?

Towing mpg thoughts
my truck is a 12 with a 64mm 15 turbo and with my 12000 lb 37 foot camper I get 8.5-9.5 mpg I'm tuned and ******d I see 30 psi at the most. Your stock 13 turbo wont make much more than that at our altitude. -

Secondary cooling system puking from overflow hose
The thermostat didn't seem to change the performance of the after cooler on my truck. on big 6% long pulls I can get the EGTs over 1250 and have to back out to about 62 mph towing my 5th wheel that weighs about 11k and is like pulling a parachute. I average 8.5 mpg with this new camper. I need...- Dzchey21

So I would say the capacity of the coolers (fuel, intercooler, transmission, egr) add up to the 1.4. I got just over a gallon in it. like 1.1 gallons if I had to guess.- Dzchey21
