    6.0 stutter/back fire

Sounds like a injector or FICM issue, you need to scan it and get the codes to go any further.

    smoking and stumped??

Is it using oil? I have seen the arm that works the unison ring leak oil. Stiction and worn injectors could also cause smoking.

    07 turbo problems

I think it possible to fix that, I'd give it a whirl it I was working on it. A good machinist would easily be able to fix that. Or look for a used housing and just change he housing. I've had 100's of these turbos apart and haven't seen one of those pins break like that yet.

    new guy with 6.0 problems

:whs: It does sound like a FICM problem, but like said above check the voltage to make sure. If you can get it scanned and see P0611 or a bunch of injectors (like all 8) that usually confirms its a FICM problem.

    2006 6.0 AC fuse issue

If it blows the fuse that quick I would unplug the compressor and see if it blows the fuse, that will tell you if it's the harness or the coil in the clutch. If it's the harness it could be anywhere and you may have to open up the harness and follow the wires.

    Getting exhaust apart?

Don't worry about the down pipe. Is there soot on the firewall? A lot of times you can see the black stains in the area of the leak. The bellows in the Y pipe are common and so is a misaligned Y pipe to turbo connection. The EGR delete up-pipe usually doesn't leak. You may be able to use a piece...

    Getting exhaust apart?

If your up-pipes are leaking then the best way is to pull the turbo, remove the inner fender liners so you can get at the bolts that hold the up-pipes to the exhaust manifolds. You'll need to remove the heat shield, after that the up-pipes will come out the top. Thee two most common leaks are...

    Is this normal?

I'd put a gauge on the cooling system and see what kind of pressure readings you get.

    no crank no start

I'd be looking at the fuse panel under the dash. The fuel pump relay is in there and isn't serviceable, so if the relay fails the whole fuse box must be replaces. Your two other problems could also be in the box. Also check the ignition switch, with the key in the run position everything...

    no crank no start

Does it have communication with a scanner? If so what codes does it have? Does the fuel pump have power going to it? What year is it?

    AC problem driving me nuts

I just looked it up, it does go back to the PCM, then to the central junction box, then through the A/C relay. So because of your engine swap I think I would wire it so the power goes from the high pressure switch directly to the clutch.
