T4 questions
I just recently installed a 364.5/74/.91 with ff 180/30 injectors and in every situation this combo is better than my previous 175/80 with a 38r. I would be a little nervous doing the smaller exhaust turbine. In my limited research seemed like the 68 is more of a 5.9 or 6.0 size whereas the 7.3...- Bmcgarvie

KC Turbos is with Full Force Diesel Performance Inc. 7.3 injector testing… who is king when it comes to 180/30 vs 205/30 (aka conventional vs hybrids injectors). Why pay more for hybrids? 2002 body mounts
As far a source I could see they didn't have any 4th position rubber mounts. Just poly. I ended up using a 3rd position mount and everything looks even. Also don't use the 03-07 mounts as the hole the rubber sits in is bigger unless you want to ream out the frame which i didn't. -

7.3 smoke
As far as I know the tuning has been tailored to my setup. But I've always been skeptical cause since the new injectors it's always idled funny and had white smoke on startup. It never did that before. Even with the old 150k stock ad's. I'm eventually planning on having it live tuned by sdk... -

So awhile ago I started trying to figure out what's causing heavy smoke on light acceleration. If I leave and push it to 2200 rpm it smokes like crazy. And just casually cursing through town it puff a little haze. I checked compression. 365 was my lowest and 380 was the highest. The injectors... -

Hey guys. So was finally getting to installing my Carson stauffer t4 kit and somehow that snowballed into doing body mounts. Anyway Ford has decided to discontinue the position 4 upper body mount. I was wonder if the later 03-04 mount would work? Or if anyone knows where I can get a brand new...
