I hear an idle tone change after every oil change. It's funny since the oil never has more than 4k or so on it. -

^^ this is what Ive been focused on. It wouldn't be likely that the IPR or pump would suddenly stop working with an injector change. But, poor sealing oil sides on re-assembled worn out injectors will drain pressure as fast as it can be put in. While there is still air in the system... -

This^^^. service the fuel filter, drain the bowl, check your fuel. May want to disconnect the fuel heater. They cause an obs to die. -

Let's get some questions answered but I like the 30 psi cranking pressure-- the res is being easily filled. Gotta figure out where the oil is going from there. -

Ok, with good lpo and fill at res, assumed good pump and IPR, you agree the pressure looks to be lost downstream of the pump. With no pressure build, the whole output of the pump is lost somewhere. I'd look at following; -no electrical signal @ IPR to close the drain for pressure build... -

7.3 surging after oil change
Sounds like air entrainment. I'd just take it out and drive it to see if the air clears out. Get some gauges on the low press oil, fuel and hp oil systems to see if there's an issue. -
