11 12mpg city driving means 14-15mpg highway normal driving, I honestly don't see you doing much better than that with the setup you have.. Both of my 6.0 dually's were stock and I got 16mpg highway in the winter and 18mpg in the summer normal driving..- Atsah

I had the Goodyear Duratrac's on my stock dually and they worked great. They are outstanding for plowing snow, they have great road manners on a dually..- Atsah

Truck won't start once in a while
Check all your connections, sounds like you may have a bad one somewhere.. Your readings are on the money, the fact that it clicked with 12.2 at the battery's tells me you have plenty of juice but a connection is loose.. -

What temps are we talking? IDK if it's the same but I have noticed my Taurus doing the same exact thing for the past two weeks (5F-10F for a high).. -
Insurance screwing me on tires?
I had a jeep that I did the same with because of two flats and the transfer case would NOT disengage after being locked, I don't think it will turn out well if you have different size tires.. It will also track weird because of the two tread designs.. -

Isn't there a switch or something in the brake pedal that cut's the high idle out? Any truck I ever had the brake pedal would disengage the high idle.. When the truck is sitting and you touch the brake, does is bring the idle back to normal? -

Interior light malfunctioning
So after you close the door, the lights stay on and you can hear the bell? Seems to me your door switch is sticking and is making it think the door is open after you close it.. After you open the door to smack the dash and then shut the door again may be your making the door switch work like it... -
Adding a sun / moon roof.
Well that sucks.. When I bought my SHO, I had a hard time finding one without a moon roof but I did succeed and I'm glad I waited..- Atsah

My Duramax has no tick whatsoever.. If it did it would be plain as day it's so quiet..
