New injectors and now sputtering at or above 2500 rpm

As said the sputter could still be a trapped air bubble. Get on a back road some where and run the total hell out of it for a couple passes. That has helped several people get the air out if that is the issue. The fuel gauge bouncing up and down is a different issue all together. Fuel gauge has...

    Eaton Fuller RT-11509 Questions

All this is cool except for your double clutch comment. My own pet peeve people thinking you have to double clutch. Anyways, will love to see the pics after you get it all installed. Gonna be a cool project.

    Traction Bars

If you can weld pretty good then you can make them your self and paint or get them powder coated. I haven't made mine yet but it is on the list of things to do.

    T4 questions

KC is telling me with the setup I am going wanting to go with that I would be happiest with this set up KC300x 63/73 with the .84 ? This one is actually a little cheaper which just tells me they are not trying to sell me something I don't need just to make a sale. I like that.

    T4 questions

I def won't be going over 500 hp. As nice as that would be for bragging rights, I don't need it AND my motor is more than likely the powder rod motor being a 02 and I have always been told 500+ on those is a ticking time bomb. I have been reading a lot of good things about the kc38r so I am...

    T4 questions

A lot to think about for sure. Sorry but I should add that I think my truck has a lower gear ration that a 3.73 (4.10's maybe), I haven't pulled the cover to see for sure. Bought it out of Ga and it had 37" tires at the time (before I lowered it back down and put the 33" on it) and it drove like...

    T4 questions

I am trying to figure out if the extra 1000K over a drop in 38R is worth it for my truck. My 2002 F250 on 33" tires auto tranny is basically a week end warrior. It might have the tractor on the goose neck trailer one day or every one's atv's (8 total) on the trailer the next day on our way to go...

    T4 questions

Oh ok that makes since. Is the biggest reason for going this route is just the ease of changing turbo's with out a room issue?

    T4 questions

Can some one school me on T4's V's a regular turbo (38R)? Does this eliminate the need for a turbo pedestal, if so how does the turbo get its oil? Why does the T4 kit come with all the piping, up pipes, etc...is the factory stuff to small? What do the numbers mean on the T4 (S366, S369 etc...)...

    Driveshaft Question

well I know my truck came with a two piece because you can still see the wear marks from where a carrier bearing used to be. Previous owner for reasons I don't know changed the driveshaft to a one piece. I also know the front and rear gear ratio has been changed to a lower gear (will have to...

    Driveshaft Question

I was told 72" but that isn't much different than 78". My measurement center of the cap to center of the cap is 67" and the angle looked perfect in my opinion so I really feel good that he can shorten it, check the balance and I will be good to go.

    Driveshaft Question

Well I am positive it is to long. Got under the truck to get the measurement's Dave's (In Nashville) asked for, while all the weight was off the rear end and after I did that I went ahead and took the driveshaft out so I could drop the truck and I just verily had enough slack to get the shaft...

    Driveshaft Question

Well that makes me feel better about the one piece now. The funny thing is the guy I talked to is Dave's who in that other thread was the guy that was building one pieces and was recommended by one of the users on here in Nashville.

    Driveshaft Question

I just got off the phone with who I was told is a very reputable drive shaft guy (not sure what you call a guy who makes, fixes, shafts?) .Anyways, He basically told me to pull the shaft apart and get him a measurement from center of cap behind T case, to the center of the cap at the rear end...

    Driveshaft Question

Best I could tell it was a 4" lift using blocks. I forgot to measure the actual blocks last night, can do that this evening. I don't have a stock shaft to compare this to. What is making me worry is while it had the lift you could see couple inches of the shaft that slides into the yoke behind...
