    Probably fine, driveshaft tubing is expensive, I would try to run it first. I had to change the bushing in the output housing to take up some slop but been working fine since.

    I think it is very common. On FB seems like someone is always looking for that bracket. It is over 20 years old though and looks like there is lots of oxidation there. I converted to a 6.0 pump with a E series PS bracket. I will never go back.
