4r100 Excessive line pressure!!
Ditto on the valve body kit being an issue, is this the tugger 2 kit? with the separator plate? Like maybe the plate is wrong. Or maybe a stuck valve in the valve body somewhere.- Tiha

That is really weird that it only happens with bigger tires. I wonder what changes. There is a spec for ball joint binding. You take the tie rod off, put a bolt in the spindle and turn the tire with a torque wrench. I can't remember I think it is like 80ft lbs. If it takes more than that, then... -
Single Cab Passenger Window Not Working
Found a wiring diagram for a f150, maybe check the wire colors and see if they match what you have. But you could have a bad harness, shorted where it passes through the door. Or someplace else. Also could be a bad master switch on the driver's door.- Tiha

Can't wait to hear your thoughts on this. I agree that people are not sending tunes that match your setups anymore. Maybe injectors but that is about it. My boss at work bought a 7.3 excursion that had already been modded. He hates every tune he has tried so far and wishes the truck was back...- Tiha

Do you have the ability to put it on a battery maintainer? I did that on my 1995 and it has pretty awesome, truck is always ready to go. I don't screw around trying to start it and let it run every month or two. It may sit for 6 months and it will fire right up and go. Things like the brake... -

I suppose it is possible. My 2016 runs very similar to what my 14 used to. I actually didn't like the extra boost and shifting of the 16, but now the 16 is much nicer to drive. If I give this truck 1/4 throttle at stop light it will snap you head back and spin the tires. Got to be really... -

You can pinch off the return line with a clamp tool, even a vise grips if you are super careful. I am thinking I had like a 3/16" line. But really it doesn't matter, it will either flow fuel or not. You can run it without a hose and if fuel comes out it will make a mess but you will know that... -

Question, so on the 10.3 mm, Do you need programming or does that work on stock engine? i was curious about that and didn't find the answer. To me the larger pistons mean faster starts, more fuel pressure available all the time, but I don't want to increase fueling. -

Can you just unplug the IDM and plug the donor in next to it and try it? Don't know on the ex. On my 95 it bolts on the fender well and is super easy to swap. You did say 3k. So that is ok, you have oil. You are right no oil from injectors while cranking means they are not firing. Is it...- Tiha

Agree with checking injectors. Pull a valve cover and see if they are spitting oil while cranking. Have you checked the HPOP reservoir to see if it has oil in it? Don't know if it helps or not, but I manually filled the reservoir after injectors. If it keeps emptying itself then you may have...- Tiha

I had that noise during my cp4 adventure. The hose I was using with the pressure test port got pinched. For me it was a simple fix. But if that hose doesn't fix your problem I would try another fuel filter.
